Returns and Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund any unembroidered items in original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. Original tags have to be on each item. For your convenience, you may complete your return at our store’s location. If your purchase was online, please email or call us for return instructions.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We process all returns/exchanges on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
